Privacy and data protection policy
This data protection policy governs the processing of data by Transition Factory. It complies with current data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
1.- Identity of the controller
The person responsible for processing the personal data collected is the Transition Factory.
2.- Type of data collected
The data collected by Transition Factory allows us to communicate with you about our activities.
- Subscribe to the newsletter
The data collected is your email address, possibly associated with your first and last name, when it is the Transition Factory that proceeded to your registration.
This data is stored on our customer area of the newsletter creation and sending service we use (Sendinblue).
- Participants in an event organized by the Transition Factory (e.g. workshop). The data collected are :
- your email address
- your name and surname
- the name of the organization you represent
- your function in the organization
- your phone number (in order to notify you of a possible change of cancellation type)
- information about your participation
- any other information you chose to include when you registered for the event
This data is stored on a spreadsheet on the Transition Factory’s storage service.
- Partners of the Transition Factory. The data collected are :
- your email address
- your name and surname
- the name of the organization you work for
- your function in the organization
- the organization’s contact information
- your phone number
- bibliographical elements, when you are a referenced author on the Fabrique des transitions website.
These data are stored in the Transition Factory’s file library (BaseDeFiche software).
3.- Use of the communicated data
Transition Factory uses this data to communicate about its activities.
This data is not transmitted to third parties without your consent.
Transitions Factory is committed to maintaining the secrecy and confidentiality of personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and to secure the processing of transfers that may occur in certain cases.
Transitions Factory takes all technical and organizational measures deemed necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data provided on this site, taking into account technological developments, the nature of the data and the risks to which it may be exposed.
4.- Your rights concerning your data
You may at any time request and obtain information about your data and the purpose of the processing of your data.
You can :
- Access your data: ask what data about you we have in our possession, what use we make of it, and that we hand it over to you to pass it on to another organisation.
- Correct your data: request the modification or correction of inaccurate data.
- Delete your data: request that your data be deleted and no longer processed, except as required by law to be retained by us.
- Object to processing: request that your data not be used in a certain way.
You may send a letter to indicate the right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, deletion, opposition and data portability), accompanied by a copy of your national identity document to our postal address or to the e-mail address contact@fabriquedestransitions.net.
